5 Virtues In Wise Women
It is not the case that there is one group of wise women and another group of stupid women. Every woman and every man has the seed of wisdom within him. What happens is that some people listen to this wisdom, while others prefer to turn a deaf ear.
Let us use the adjective “show” to describe the women who have succeeded in overcoming the prejudices and misconceptions often associated with feminism. A sense of humor colors every occasion. Show women understand that laughter is an act of freedom. They are not looking for someone to entertain them. Instead, they have learned to be able to have fun in every situation.
Realism, when you say goodbye to fairy tales
Almost all women have been brought up to be romantics. Even the most witty and intelligent women have some form of nostalgia for the existence of the perfect love and happy ending. Some reject these romantic dreams with a certain kind of bitterness.
But the women who have managed to become wise think and feel in a different way. There is certainly an occasion when they learned to say goodbye to these fantasies that only bring frustration. They understood that the dimension of being someone’s partner is just something else that life has to offer. It is not a magical insight that changes everything forever. These women love their partners just the way they are. Some women do not hold others accountable for their own happiness. They are paradoxically happier in this way.
Self-care, to win over oneself
There are major differences between self-care and vanity. Self-care has to do with protecting one’s own privacy. One’s own personal well-being. Of course, it also involves one’s appearance. It has to do with feeling good in your own way. In other words, other people should not tell you what you should look like; you are the one who decides this.
Vanity tries to please everyone else’s eyes. It is a characteristic of women who want to be judged by the arbitrariness of others. They need others to tell them that they are beautiful, and to achieve this they can do anything, even go through great difficulties or put their own lives at risk. They accept the beauty concept given by magazines, shops, etc.
Show women’s characteristics have only one element in common: self-love. It is easy to say this, but in order to build an authentic self-esteem, one must overcome fantasies and prejudices. This effort is worth it, because the final prize is a freer and more perfect life.
