How To Be Lucky

How to be lucky

Does luck really exist? Are some people luckier than others? Undoubtedly, this is a topic that can be debated. When things are not going well for us at the same time as others seem to have all the luck in the world, we often use phrases like “I am always unlucky” or “he is so lucky, everything goes well for him”.

But is luck something that really exists? Is it all due to fate or randomness? Maybe we should save that question for another occasion… or maybe not. There are no formulas or magical rituals; maybe it’s more dependent on ourselves than we think…

We all tend to talk frequently about the bad luck we have and the good luck everyone else seems to have. Do you really believe in this? If you really think about it , there is a bit of everything in everyone’s life, good and bad moments… you are not the only one.

If you want to change your turn, be brave and start over. Adopt a positive attitude, do not be afraid of start-ups, get rid of all negative thoughts and stop torturing yourself for mistakes you have made. It may be that luck is in fact in your attitude to life…

If you believe that good things will happen in your life, they will happen. In your attitudes, there is the belief that things will go well, or the perspective that what happened was not the worst that could happen… If you promote positivity, you may notice that you become more fortunate.

Instead of complaining that something went wrong, why not try again? Have things not gone well so far in your relationship? Try again. Was the cake you had in the oven burned? Redo it! And when you try these things again, think about what you can improve.

Life is like a Ferris wheel: sometimes we are at the top, sometimes we are at the bottom. What happens is that we tend to complain about how bad everything is when we are at the bottom. This is because we have learned to focus our energy on what is negative…

We all experience bad moments in our lives. The best we can do is learn from them and leave them behind after they have passed. Continuing to ponder them is useless. The only thing they do is reinforce the idea that everything will go wrong.

Yes, it’s difficult. But it is a job that is continuous and that must be done a little at a time. As you begin to fall into a downward spiral of negative thoughts, you should redirect your way of thinking. If you think you can not do that, then you should share your thoughts and problems with someone who usually has a positive attitude. This can be very helpful. Other strategies can be to put on some music you like or to exercise a little. Learn what methods help you disconnect your negative thoughts quickly.

Frequently thinking about mistakes we have made can make us unhappy. These mistakes can convince us that we are unlucky because our mistakes, in our minds, are a symptom of just bad luck. But what would life be without mistakes?

Do not blame yourself for your mistakes; learn from them. Learn to be happy with yourself. If you have made mistakes, it is because you really lived. Look at it as if you are not trapped in a bubble where nothing ever goes wrong. Live life, make mistakes and learn from them.

If you start something new, such as a new relationship or a new job, with fears and anxieties, the probability that it will go well is not very high. When you see a person who has found his dream job or met the love of his life, do not say that the reason you do not have these things is that you are not lucky. It is probable that the person in question worked very hard for that job or that the now perfect relationship has not always been a dance on roses. Follow that person’s example, be brave, work hard and think positively.

Mental morality: Whether you are lucky or not depends on you to a greater extent than you think.
