Life is a wonderful collection of moments. Beautifying them, that is, making them beautiful and enjoyable, is something that truly unites us with nature. For most of our lives, we follow schedules and activities that are mostly stressful. This can ultimately create general discomfort, severe dissatisfaction. work stress and anxiety. It ends with us instilling a mental state that no one would voluntarily choose.

Anyone can go through moments of stress. We can all feel exhausted, overwhelmed or sad. Situations that should be rare phenomena in our lives are becoming more common and more common.
