Breathe, Do Not Be Afraid – True Love Exists

True love is born when soulmates meet. It is secured when two mature and conscious minds are united in mutual respect, when they love each other freely and decide to travel together. Therefore, you should have confidence and not be afraid. So not the seeds of doubt and uncertainty in the heart. True love endures, that which is beautiful will take care of itself and not cause pain.

We know that many people today do not believe in love because they have tried it and experienced great disappointment. They trust even less the word “sustainability”. How can we achieve that? We live in an age of programmed outdating.

Everything must have an expiration date. At the same time, philosophical trends – such as that of Zygmunt Bauman, the father of fluid modernity, or the ever-challenging Slavoj Zizek, with his harsh ideas of social disappointment – paint a picture of a reality in which nothing exists and what is exalted is not very positive.

So we find ourselves in a now where most people feel socially dissatisfied and change is on the agenda. How can we in this environment trust that lasting dimensions still exist? How can we believe in stable feelings, in eternal love, in relationships that never throw in the towel and that true love endures?

Sir Francis Bacon said that people are willing to believe what we want to believe is true. So in order to build something true – a happy, satisfying and long lasting relationship – we must not only trust love, but believe in it. We must invest our time, effort and affection in this special and beloved person.

What we love we take care of, and what we take care of has a much higher chance of surviving.

Love in times of crisis is not easy. It is also not easy during financial difficulties. The millennial generation, for example, does not have the resources to be independent. They can not build a solid foundation on which to create a relationship with reasonable expectations for the future.

It is not easy for the unemployed to end up in a period of crisis. Unemployment can be a state of uncertainty and anxiety that affects people’s self-worth. Their life plans are directly attacked and negatively affect their personal development. All these things affect the nuances of the canvas which is a love affair.

True love exists and knows how to skillfully move forward on the line. We know that life is not easy, but tough, 24 carat love knows how to maintain balance in the face of adversity. It is maintained during the initial crisis, and especially at the internal ones.

True love does not give up even during those moments when you doubt yourself, lose hope, lose self-esteem and your beliefs take a hit.

A good partner, a conscious lover and an exceptional person know how to be our center, our evening star, the brightest in the night sky, leading us home.

Most of us can admit that we do not care about neuroscience’s explanation of love. It is simply the result of three ingredients: dopamine, oxytocin and norepinephrine. We do not care because the neurobiological reality does not stain the magic of love or how to love, not even a little.

Stephen Hawking once said that love is much more complicated than physics. He said that sometimes we spend so much time looking up at the sky that we forget that the most important things are here on Earth.

For various reasons, we neglect love even though we know that the feelings are real and that we are with the right person. The reasons why we behave in this way are complex, varied and sometimes incomprehensible.

Love is strange, there is no doubt about that. But as Haruki Murakami says in Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman , it only appears from time to time. Finding someone who exactly understands our mood, someone we can communicate perfectly with… it is unexpected luck that not everyone gets to experience.

So if we happen to have this amazing opportunity, why not use it to the fullest? Why do we not put our feet firmly on the ground, center our hearts and lift our senses to a level where maturity and responsibility reign?

It’s definitely worth it. He who saw us when we were invisible to all others deserves everything. The person who wants to be with you without needing you will take care of you as you deserve. It will also be a slow flame, patient but alive, allowing time and happiness to forge a lasting love.
